The Aphoristic Alligator
Once upon a time, there lived an aphoristic alligator.
He was pleasant in nature and had a lot to share.
The aphoristic alligator strolled along the banks.
With wisdom wrapped in scales and a grin full of pranks.
"Life’s a murky swamp," he declared with a wink.
"Where the bold take a plunge, and the cautious just sink."
He swam with delight, bearing his light.
He prattles along as he paddles the water.
Musing to himself and others with wise sayings:
He who knows others is wise. He who knows himself is enlightened. Lao Tzu
In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks. John Muir
The wise does at once what the fool does at last.
Rules are for the guidance of wise men and the blind obedience of fools.
True knowledge exists in knowing that you know nothing. Socrates
Silence is the sleep that nourishes wisdom. Francis Bacon
As the aphoristic alligator glided through the murky waters, he spotted a curious little turtle peeking out from behind a lily pad.
“Why so shy, my shelled friend?” he called, his voice playful and bright.
The turtle hesitated, then replied, “I’m afraid of what lies beyond my shell.”
The alligator chuckled softly, “Ah, but sometimes the greatest treasures are found when we take a leap into the unknown!”
He went in on in the silence of the swamp.
